The AmbientCamHD3 Wireless IP WebCam Camera features 1 MPixel high quality images, waterproof and weather proof outdoor housing, remote internet viewing, motion detection, night-vision as well as a built in network video recording system.
This WeatherCam has 30 IR LEDs providing night vision visibility up to 20 meters.
The AmbientCamHD3 is fitted with a 2.8 mm lens for a 70 degree viewing angle, with 1280 x 720 resolution.
The AmbientCamHD3 is capable of H.264 video compression, allowing for smooth video transmission with minimal bandwidth consumption. In addition, due to the small file sizes produced by H.264 video compression, the AmbientCamHD3 has the ability to save hard drive space when performing manual video recording.
The AmbientCamHD3 provides Wireless-N capability, and supports WEP, WPA, WPA2 encryption.
WeatherUnderground.com provides free hosting services. WeatherUnderground.com features image archiving with a historical calendar, which displays month-long cycles of weather data, current conditions and time lapse movie animation of the day's weather.

Add the Transpad (may we also suggest, below) to weatherproof the cable connections. The waterproof tar pad allows you to waterproof all outdoor cable connections by covering the connector in the malleable, waterproof tar pad.
