The refurbished units are brand new and have been returned by customers (within our 30 day return policy). They can not be sold as new, but are like new condition and carry the Ambient Weather full 2 year warranty. The USB memory sticks are included and are brand new and carry the Ambient Weather 1 year factory warranty.
The WeatherHub AMBNSLU2 is a data logger and IP Ethernet Weather Station Server in one. Simply plug the NSLU2 data logger into the back of your console and connect the cable to your cable/DSL router. Within minutes, you'll be able to see your weather data live on the Internet.
Compatable with the following weather stations: Ambient Weather WS-1080 and WS-2080, Rainwise MKIII, Peet Bros Ultimeter 100/800/2000/2100, Oregon Scientific WMR968 (requires USB converter, not included), WMR100, WMR100N, WMR200, Honeywell TE923W, Davis Vantage Vue, VantagePro and VantagePro2 series (requires WeatherLink serial or USB data logger) and RXFCOM (weather stations are sold separately and can be purchased in the "May we also suggest" section below. The console shown in the image to the left is not included).

The WeatherHub converts your weather station into an internet ready device and streams weather data real time (approximately 15 second updates) to the WeatherUnderground.com Website. Also supports the WeatherForYou.com, PWSWeather.com, WeatherBug and Citizen Weather Observer Program (CWOP) Websites.
The station identifier and password are programmed using the web interface, and the network settings are automatically detected.
The low power module (appx 10W) provides up to the second data analysis using Weather Underground's Rapid Fire Technology. Data is archived on Weather Underground and can be imported into excel or database applications. Live XML weather feeds provide easy television, radio and web integration. Also supports FTP client support to your own website.
The 2GB USB stick can hold up to approximately four years of weather data (included).
Reports outdoor temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, barometric pressure, rainfall and UV, and calculated parameters, such as dew point, heat index, wind chill and rain rate.
Includes a free copy of Weather Exchange Networking Software, an Ambient Weather exclusive!
Note: Davis Instruments weather stations require 6510USB WeatherLink data logger. If you have the 6510SER data logger, you will need a USB to serial coverter (see below). Please note that this unit is not compatible with WeatherLink software.
Attention Virtual Weather Station users: Please note that the WeatherHub does not communicate directly to the Virtual Weather Station software, and is designed as a standalone, internet appliance only.
Attention Davis Instruments VantagePro2 users: Please note that the WeatherHub interfaces to the WeatherLink hardware and does not communicate directly to the Davis Instruments WeatherLink software, and is designed as a standalone, internet appliance only.
The Oregon Scientific WMR-968 requires a serial cable and USB converter (see below).
