The Ambient Weather WS-05 displays indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity with large, bold, easy to read numbers.
The Ambient Weather WS-05 Wireless Adjustable Thermo-Hygrometer is an easy-to-read and economical way to track temperature and humidity in your home or office. Featuring a jumbo display unit with 3/4" tall digital numbers, this sleek white display can monitor up to three remote locations.
The WS-05 comes with one remote sensor, but two additional sensors can be purchased separately and added.
With the main display unit measuring 4.25 x 3.5 x 1.0 inches (WxHxD), and a display that includes comfort and trend indicators, you can place the WS-05 on your desktop or hang it from a wall. The remote sensor has a transmission range of up to 300 feet, 100 feet under most conditions.
The WS-05 includes adjustable temperature and humidity for the upmost accuracy. Calibration is not required and the accuracy specification of +/- 1 degF for temperature and +/- 5% for humidity may be perfectly acceptable for most users, but for critical applications, the temperature and humidity can be adjusted to match a known, calibrated source.
With the sensor powered by two AAA lithium batteries, the unit has an outdoor temperature range of -40 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. (The two AAA batteries required for the sensor, and the two AA batteries required for the main unit, are not included).
