|  | Ambient Weather Ocean Controls KTA-249 Modbus Interface for Solar / Pyranometer, Wind and UVThe KTA-249 provides a ModBus interface for UV, solar radiation, wind speed / direction, and temperature, perfect for renewable energy applications (sensors ordered separately).
Identify efficiency and maintenance schedules of your solar array or wind turbine for incorporation into your PLC.
The measurements are stored in Modbus registers, ideal for SCADA, PLC or PC monitoting. In addition, inputs are provided for 0-20mA and battery voltages up to 30V for a complete monitoring system.
The system is expandable (order sensors below). Order the Pyranometer Mounting Bracket (PYRAMOUNT) to attach the pyranometer or UV sensor to a pole or any flat surface. Pole mounting solutions can be found in the "May we also suggest" section below. Consider the WEATHERMOUNT for variable angle mounting.
Add the 50' stainless steel tip temperature probe to measure ambient temperature or surface temperature.
